The aim of the Mr Rubber Europe contest is to elect an ambassador of the vibrant European rubber communities to further promote and boost the rubber scene at large across the continent.

We see rubber as a catalyst of fun and community. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and while we focus on creating fun moments, we are also aware of the challenges many of us experience.

The winner must be a worthy ambassador and spokesperson who embodies the core values of care, friendship, respect, integrity, generosity, and trust.

Mr Rubber Europe is welcome to drive initiatives promoting mental and physical health, or any other project or initiative they have affinity with, no matter how small or large these may be.

Beyond the support provided by the generous sponsors and CERC affiliate members, Mr Rubber Europe will provide for their own travel expenses. There are no expectations about the number of trips that Mr Rubber Europe should do, with only one exception: Mr Rubber Europe is expected to be present at the next Mr Rubber Europe election for their step-down and to serve on the jury panel.
